USED Gearbox/Gearhead for Stihl Trimmers, From FS-55. MAY fit FS-85,Maybe FS-80, maybe others, I am not sure.Does NOT include the Drive Washer/flange that goes between the gearhead and the cutting head, you will need to use the one from your old gearbox.Has the Square drive for driveshafts with the square end.This Gearhead is a different style than most I have seen on FS-55’s, but I have seen a few of this style on them before. Not sure if Stihl changed gearhead styles during production, or used both styles, or what. They do seem to be interchangeable. Has the numbers 4140 641 0300B cast into the housing. Please note-this will NOT work on the Old Style FS-80, it is completely different than the newer FS-80, which looks identical to an FS-85. This is a Genuine O.E.M. Stihl part. It turns freely and is not stripped. Has Scrapes and Scratches from use. Please see all the pictures Pictures can describe item better than I can.
